Travis Leonard
Relocating to Florida in 1988, Travis has been deeply embedded in the A&G Concrete Pools family since 1999, initially in sales and design, and swiftly climbing the ranks to become President and Owner.
A respected community leader, Travis was appointed as St. Lucie County Fire Board Commissioner by Governor DeSantis in 2021, and has been contributing to the St. Lucie County Licensing Board since 2016. Passionate about the region's development, he eagerly anticipates contributing to its ongoing growth and prosperity.
Office Manager
Patti Giunta
Joining A&G Pools in 2002, Patti brought with her over a decade of experience from the banking industry. A Connecticut native, she made Florida her home in 1987 and has since been enjoying the sunlit lifestyle it offers. Patti, a proud mother and grandmother, finds joy in beach outings, swimming in her own A&G pool, and cherishing moments with family and friends. Her extensive professional background and personal appreciation for the leisure a pool provides make her a valued member of the A&G team.

Lillie Shepherd
Lillie has been a rooted member of the Fort Pierce community since her family's relocation and her graduation from Fort Pierce Westwood High School. After earning a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida, she transitioned from retail management to join A&G in 2003. With a diverse background within the company, from accounting to service coordination, Lillie now excels as the Director of Procurement. Outside of her pivotal role at A&G, she enjoys immersing herself in activities like golf, fishing, and bike riding.

Shelley Garcia
Since moving to Port St. Lucie from New York in 2008, Shelley and her husband have been embracing the vibrant Floridian lifestyle. Joining A&G in 2013, she has since amassed a wealth of knowledge, and genuinely values being part of the A&G family. Shelley, a mother and grandmother, cherishes her reading time and moments spent with her husband. Passionate about giving back, they are active members of the Lake Forest Relay for Life team, supporting the American Cancer Society.
Brand & Marketing Director
Luke Hannon
A graduate from the University of San Diego, Luke enjoys applying his marketing background and expertise to enhance A&G's brand presence in the pool construction industry. His fresh, dynamic approach to marketing reflects not only his dedication to promoting A&G, but to celebrating the lifestyle that comes with joining the A&G family. Luke's commitment to excellence and his department leadership are instrumental in steering the company towards new horizons, and A&G is thrilled to recognize him as one of the newest members of the team.
Operations Manager
Jonathan Hoyt
Jonathan, born in Vero Beach and with deep roots in Fort Pierce, has been a dedicated figure in the pool industry since 1994. He joined A&G in 1997, starting with basic tasks and quickly rising to lead the Service Department for over a decade due to his strong work ethic and expertise. Now the Operations Manager, Jonathan is a key leader at A&G. Outside work, he is a family man, married with three daughters and guardian to four nieces and a nephew, valuing the joy of a large family.

Dan DiDominici
Originally hailing from New York, Dan moved to Florida in 2003, and joined the A&G team in 2014. A proud Marine Corp Veteran, Dan honorably served our nation during the Vietnam War. With his rich background in commercial construction, Dan brings a wealth of expertise to every department of A&G. Outside of his professional commitments, Dan is a dedicated family man, with three children and six grandchildren, and cherishes every moment he gets to spend with them.
Warehouse Manager
Wayne Scott
Floridian native Wayne, with over a decade in the pool industry, brought his extensive knowledge of the pool process to A&G in 2021, where his organizational prowess has been instrumental in maintaining a smooth and efficient warehouse. While eagerly anticipating becoming a first-time Grandpa, Wayne balances his personal life with commitment to the local Happy Hams 4H Club, along with a love for softball and exercising. His kind-hearted nature enriches both his personal and professional environments.

Bobby Austin
Bobby, a New Jersey native, relocated to Port St. Lucie in 1987, and quickly laid roots in both the local academic and professional environment. Joining A&G in 2014, his earlier construction experience in new home builds seamlessly married his passions for avant-garde design and aiding clients in realizing their visions. Now a professional pool designer, Bobby is renowned for crafting aesthetic and functional masterpieces, creating designs which may only be described as truly timeless.

Jason became an integral part of the A&G family in 2010, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his years in the franchise industry. Throughout his tenure, Jason has assisted thousands of families in realizing their dream of owning a swimming pool, creating th backdrop for cherished memories, barbecues, and family gatherings. Deeply committed to turning customer visions into reality, Jason delights in hearing stories of joy and connection fostered around the swimming pools he helps create.

Dave Curland
A true Floridian with a profound love for his family, the Florida Gators, and the Treasure Coast, Dave became a member of the A&G Family in 2017, quickly embracing his role as Professional Designer. Passionate about the artistry behind pool design, Dave thrives on forming personal connections with each of his clients, partnering with them to craft custom pools uniquely tailored to their distinct needs. With every family, no two pools are the same, keeping Dave's work both intriguing and rewarding.

Frank Del Rocco
With over 25 years in the pool industry, and a noteworthy 21-year tenure at A&G, Frank brings his clients a distinct expertise, along with countless awards for both his residential and commercial pool designs. Receiving his Certified Pool Operators License in 1992, he has adeptly specialized in contractor and commercial accounts without relinquishing his passion for residential designs. Frank deeply values forging robust relationships with his clients, always prioritizing their full satisfaction.

Jordan VanDuzer
A seasoned customer service professional, Jordan joined the A&G Design Team in 2020. Drawing from his experience in his family's local business, he crafts bespoke pool designs tailored to each client's unique vision. Along with his design acumen, Jordan is an active board member of the Van Duzer Foundation, serving St. Lucie County families in need. When away from his professional endeavors, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Heather Vizzo
Born in Fort Pierce, Heather brings over a decade of construction experience to A&G. Joining the company in 2019, she quickly fell in love with the pool industry, and enjoys the opportunity to navigate a variety of challenges, all while remaining dedicated to both her clients and her fellow employees. Heather is an integral part of the A&G team, responsible for securing permits for every project, regardless of municipality and jurisdiction, and she consistently provides service of the highest quality and expertise.

Construction Manager
Jon McCoy
Jon McCoy, with his rich 29-year background in pool construction, joined A&G in 2021 as a Construction Manager. A former firefighter and U.S. Air Force veteran, Jon's dedication and expertise reflect in every project he oversees, as he calls upon his unique experience to complete each pool in a seamless manner. Settled in Florida since 1994, Jon enjoys outdoor activities and sports, along with spending quality time with his wife, Ginger, and his son, Joshua.

Steve Clark
With a rich 25-year history in construction, Steve Clark joined A&G Pools in September 2021. His extensive experience adds significant value to our team of professionals, contributing to the continuous excellence for which A&G is known.

Al Del Negro
Al Del Negro brings over two decades of construction project management expertise to A&G, bolstered by a degree in business management. His strong organizational and communication skills are essential in exceeding project expectations, as he continually provides exceptional services to each and every one of his clients. A recent addition to the A&G family, Al's ability to excel both independently and as a team member makes him a valued addition to the A&G team.

David Dick
David, an Ohio native and former collegiate football player, brings a dynamic thought process to his role at A&G, a reflection of his studies in the fields of both criminal justice and psychology. David is a devoted family man, cherishing moments with his wife, Heather, daughter Madalynn, and sons Maverick and Malakai. Outside work, he passionately coaches his daughter’s travel softball team, the Sebastian Lady Makos, sharing his love for sports and community.

Reid Whitaker
Reid Whitaker, a St. Lucie County local and University of Florida alum, brings his entrepreneurial spirit from running a family landscaping business to his role as a project manager at A&G. Outside of work, Reid is an avid golfer, fisherman, and enjoys time with his wife and two children.

DJ Hahn
A Florida native, DJ joined A&G in 2016 as a Start-Up Technician, ensuring every aspect of a completed pool was flawless for its homeowner. As a result of his hard work and dedication, DJ continually rose through the ranks of the service department, learning the intricacies of each element of pool maintenance, which in turn allows him to fully succeed at his current position of Scheduling Software Specialist.

Sherri Fehlman
Sherri Fehlman moved from Syracuse, N.Y., to Port St. Lucie in 2003, transitioning from commercial fencing to swimming pool construction in sunny Florida. Joining A&G in 2022, she considers it to be the highlight of her occupational career. Dedicated to customer satisfaction and quality during her workday, Sherri enjoys unwinding with beach days and spending time with her son.

Chris Most
Chris, a Fort Pierce native, joined A&G in 2004, bringing both local expertise and commitment to the Service department. As Service Manager, his deep knowledge of pool services and the local area is evident. Chris's diverse interests in music, gaming, and anime enrich his professional approach, adding creativity and dynamism to each of his interactions. His blend of local insight and global interests ensures top-tier, personalized service for A&G's clients.
Assistant Service Manager
Alan Smith
Alan, born and raised in Fort Pierce, joined A&G in 2011 as a service technician. His exceptional performance and work ethic led to his current role as Service Manager, overseeing all service repairs. A family man, Alan is married with four children and eight grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle and practicing martial arts with his son, balancing professional dedication with a passion for family and hobbies.
